The Register of Employment Agencies contains information on employment agencies.
Obtaining an entry in the register is a condition of running employment agencies. The application for entry in the register should be submitted to the voivodship marshal competent for the place of business. The application may be submitted
- in electronic form (via the Teleinformation System of Registration Service http://stor.praca.gov.pl/portal/#/kraz)
2. or on paper.
The application must contain the following data:
designation of the entity applying for entry in the register,
the address of the place of residence or registered office of the entity and the addresses under which the activity will be carried out,
along with the name of the commune and voivodship and the telephone number,
indication of the legal form of the activity carried out,
tax identification number NIP,
the number of entry in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the National Court Register or information about the entry to the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity
– in the case of an entrepreneur, e-mail address, if the entity has such an address.
Confirmation of being registred is made by the voivodship marshal by issuing a certificate on registering an entity in the register, entitling to provide services as an employment agency.
The issuance of the certificate is subject to a fee of PLN 200.
